Join us in celebrating the Christmas season with an Advent Yoga Brunch at the INCREDIBLE @artcafeprostor on Saturday, December 16th 9.30AM. We will do a 1.5 hour vinyasa practice, pranayama and meditation, followed by a delicious and healthy brunch (vegan and gluten-free options available) prepared by the wonderful team at Prostor!
Class will be guided in English.
Event Schedule:
9.15-9.30 Check in
9.30-11.00 Vinyasa Yoga Class (1.5 hr. yoga sesh, breathing exercise, & guided meditation).
11.00-11.30 Pause
11.30-13.00 Brunch
Please bring your own mats with you or inform us in advance if you need any.
